We built a 400 sq ft deck, and went with Niece for the framing lumber and hardware, as well as decking and rails. The price was within a few percent of the cheapest bid, and the advice Marc Currie and others provided was solid. The service is outstanding - delivery is flexible and prompt, and they don't nickel and dime you. They offer return of the (expensive) composite decking material that is unused, so you don't have to skimp on the order and come up short. When we save up enough to do our kitchen, we'll likely be coming back.
